“This hotel has potential and very beautiful environment. The staff need training in customer service and hotel management. We had booked and paid for a superior room but when we arrived they told us that there was no warm water in the room and the other room the aircondition was not working. We were told that our room was upgraded but when we checked out the room was a standard room. A lot happened during our check in so we ended up having cold showers for two days. Breakfast was boring. “No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment.”
